Delete Account

In the Flowdue app

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app:

  1. Open Flowdue.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Tap Delete my account, re-enter your password, and confirm.

Your account is then scheduled for deletion in 30 days. During that window you can sign back in to cancel. After 30 days, your account, dues, groups, payment sources, and reminder preferences are permanently removed.

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@flowdue.app from the email address connected to your Flowdue account and we will process the deletion manually.

Deletion requests cover account details, saved dues, groups, payment sources, reminder preferences, and related app data. Subscriptions purchased via the App Store or Play Store must be cancelled separately in your Apple ID or Google Play account.
