Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Flowdue (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service and delete your account.

Who Provides Flowdue
Flowdue is operated by the Flowdue team. Contact us at support@flowdue.app for any question about these terms, billing, or your account.
The Service
Flowdue helps you record and remember cheques, subscriptions, bills, recurring payments, and project costs that you enter yourself. We do not connect to your bank, scrape transactions, or move money. The Service is for personal financial memory and organisation only.
Some features are free; some are part of Pro, our paid subscription. You can use Flowdue offline; data syncs when your device reconnects.
Accounts
You need an account to sync your data across devices. You agree to provide a working email address, keep your password confidential, and take responsibility for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in regions where that is the digital age of consent) to use Flowdue.
Pro Subscriptions And One-Time Purchases
Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, and a Family Yearly subscription that you can share with up to five family members. You may also unlock Pro for a single Flowdue “flow” through a non-consuming one-time purchase.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or manage your subscription in the App Store or Play Store settings on your device. We do not see your card details and cannot process refunds on your behalf — contact the store directly for billing disputes or refund requests.
If a Pro subscription is cancelled or lapses, you keep access to Pro features until the end of the billing period and then revert to Free with the standard limits. Your existing data is not deleted; some features (advanced reminders, higher caps) become unavailable until you renew.
Free Trials And Introductory Offers
When a free trial or introductory offer is shown in the app, eligibility is determined by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before that date in the store settings.
Your Content And Data
The entries, payment-source labels, project notes, and other content you add to Flowdue remain yours. We process them only to provide the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, sync, and display your content within the app and across your authorised devices solely for the purpose of running the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
— use Flowdue for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion;
— attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or another user’s account;
— upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware;
— resell, sublicence, or use Flowdue to provide a competing service to third parties.
Availability And Changes
We aim to keep Flowdue available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves. We will give reasonable notice in-app or by email for material changes that affect your data or paid features.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account. A 30-day soft-delete window lets you recover the account by contacting support before the data is permanently purged.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, attempted to defraud the payment system, or used Flowdue in a way that endangers other users. Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to remedy the issue.
Disclaimers
Flowdue is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always fire — your operating system, network, and device settings affect delivery.
Flowdue is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial advice. The figures shown are based on what you enter; the responsibility for paying bills, honouring cheques, and managing subscriptions remains yours.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Flowdue team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for Pro subscriptions in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if no payments have been made, USD 10.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants you a non-waivable right to sue locally, nothing in this clause overrides that right.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date above and notify you in-app or by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of Flowdue after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
